OBJECTIVES: -
Joda Municipality strives to bring about both qualitative and quantitative changes in the living standard of the urban people by putting emphasis on the following areas:-
(i) Strengthening urban infrastructure, viz: roads with drain, water supply and sewerage.
(ii) Efficient solid waste management.
(iii) Development of public amenities including Public Park, urban greenery and conservation of
water bodies.
(iv) Urban reforms and e-governance.
(v) Urban Planning.
(vi) Provision of housing in the urban area and especially for the urban poor.
(vii) Skill up-gradation and financial support to the urban poor.
CHARGE:-
Sri Pratap Pritimaya, OAS has been appointed as the Administrator of the Municipality and Sri Bichitrananda Nayak, OAS , Executive Officer of the Municipality.
STAFF QUARTER
There are 13 quarters available to accommodate the staffs of this Municipality and all quarters have been provided to the staffs for their accommodation.
